Reinforcing armholes

A supplier of a retailer of ready-to-wear children’s clothes had delivered defective jackets - the underside of the sleeves cracked when worn.

Our service: to open the jacket lining, sew a bartack stitch under the armhole and close the lining.

This job took around 10 minutes per jacket, or approximately 800 hours for the entire order of 5,000 jackets, and had to be completed in under 2 weeks.
