Berry Services, winner of the Logistics and Transport prize, received the award in recognition of its commercial offer “At the service of the ready-to-wear clothing industry”. The service provider specialises in ready-to-wear reconditioning, offering a range of finishing services—labelling, ironing, placing garments on hangers, and alterations. Today, the Neuvy-Saint-Sépulchre (Indre) company has expanded its offer by integrating the logistics part into its basic services. The service provider now takes care of the process from taking delivery of the container to the final delivery: taking charge of the container and customs clearance operations, taking delivery of goods, customisation, order preparation, appointment taking and delivery to the points of sale. The company’s experience and know-how in the textile sector enable it to carry out extensive quality control and, if necessary, to rectify any errors or defects. For the customer, the benefit is twofold—they have one single point of contact for the entire service while being guaranteed a high level of quality throughout the chain.
