On receiving delivery of some children’s’ trousers at its warehouses, a ready-to-wear brand noticed that the buttons for adjusting the waist size had not been sewn on properly, and became detached at their first use.
Berry Services collected all the trousers concerned and proceeded to bring them back up to standard. With 2 buttons per pair of trousers, this meant that Berry Services cut off and securely machine re-stitched 50,000 buttons.
In order to meet the deadline requested by the customer, Berry Services immediately invested in new machines for sewing on buttons.
