On the occasion of welcoming in 2020 and the traditional galette des rois (“king cake”), Berry Services celebrated and rewarded two employees who reached 20 years of service in 2019:
- Valérie Audonnet, currently Production Manager, who, having been hired as a packaging operator in March 1999, has worked her way up to the top.
- Sandrine Yvernault, Administrative and Accounting Manager, hired by Berry Services in September 1999 and who also performs the role of Management Assistant.
Berry Services wanted to reward these two people for their loyalty, contribution and dedication to the company. The quality of their work and their professional conscientiousness have contributed to Berry Services’ development.
Rather than giving them a long-service award or a bonus, as is sometimes the case in other companies, the management of Berry Services wanted a more original celebration and reward: a voucher for the travel agency "Terre d'Ailleurs", to be put towards a holiday of their choice, on the date of their choice, for two. Possible options include a trip to Venice, a week in Crete, a week in Majorca, and a cruise.
Meanwhile, awaiting the next 20 years of service celebrations – some ten employees will reach this milestone in the next five years – Berry Services would like to thank all its staff and express its recognition of their efforts.
