The Neuvy-based company held an open day on Saturday 2 April.
On Saturday 2 April, the employees of Berry Services, based in the Le Fay small business area in Neuvy, were invited, along with their family and friends, to take part in a doors open afternoon. For Jean-Claude Benéteau, the company’s director, the event was held to inaugurate the new workshop, the construction of which had just been completed. Founded in 1999, Berry Services, which specialises in the reconditioning of textile products, has seen its customer base grow constantly. This is why its director wanted to double the size of the workshop floor. “We have created a new storage workshop,” explained Jean-Claude Benéteau. “From 1,500 m², we have grown to 4,500 m², and we will therefore be able to expand our order book. I currently employ forty people and the workforce will probably increase over the course of the year.” This visit gave employees the opportunity to explain to their families and friends how the machines work and show them the various workstations.
