Removing shiny marks

For a French footwear retailer, we removed shiny marks from a batch of 8,000 pairs of boots. These marks were caused by the shoes rubbing together in the box.

To remove these marks, we applied a steam jet and rubbed the shoes with a very soft brush. We then let the boots dry before repacking them in the boxes.

This job required more than 600 hours of work.
