Checking for needles

For a French retailer of ready-to-wear children’s clothing, we carried out needle detection on a batch of 1,700 soft toys (1 large soft toy with 4 other small ones).

This service was requested because a consumer had found a needle in a soft toy.

Each soft toy was passed one by one through the needle detector, and no needles were detected.

This assignment required about a hundred hours of work.
