Enlarging buttonholes

For a French ready-to-wear retailer, using a conical and cylindrical object we enlarged the 7 buttonholes of each cardigan, on a batch of approximately 10,000 cardigans.

To do this, we unpacked each item, opened the buttons, fed the conical object through the buttonholes, tested that the buttons could pass through, repeated this if necessary, closed the buttons back up and repackaged the items as they had come to us.

This task took about 3 minutes per item, for a total of 500 hours for the whole order.
