Softening

For a French sportswear brand, we washed and ironed a batch of 16,000 items (jackets, dresses, trousers and shorts) to soften the material.

The garments had to be dried in the open air to prevent the material from warping.

The assignment involved a total of about 5,000 kg of washed garments (about a hundred loads of washing) and a total of more than 1,000 hours of work in unpacking, ironing, folding and repackaging.
