Airing belts

For a French footwear brand, we carried out the brushing and aeration of a batch of 17,000 belts which had mould marks and a strong smell.

After the belts had been aired for two to three weeks, the musty smell had almost completely disappeared.

The airing of this batch of 17,000 belts required the use of approximately 500 linear metres of rail.
