A French brand refused to receive delivery of an order of 7,000 pairs of leather shoes from an Italian supplier, due to the presence of traces of oil on the shoes. On the brand’s recommendation, the supplier turned to Berry Services.
Berry Services intervened, collected the goods from the brand’s warehouse and used brushes to clean the 7,000 pairs of shoes.
Thanks to Berry Services’ intervention, the brand accepted delivery of the supplier’s order and the shoes could then be put on sale.
This meticulous operation, which represented 600 hours’ work, was carried out in one week by around twenty operators.
