Triming threads dresses

On receipt of an order of 1,500 dresses, a womenswear brand’s quality control department discovered surplus fabric at the hemlines of the dresses, which were made of broderie anglaise. The brand turned to Berry Services.

Berry Services collected the goods from the brand’s warehouse and used thread cutters to remove the surplus fabric from around each contour of the dresses’ hemlines.

This meticulous work (approximately 5 minutes per dress) needed to be carried out by experienced professionals to avoid the risk of cutting or damaging the broderie anglaise at the dresses’ hemlines.
