Cleaning traces of glue

A high-end ready-to-wear brand asked Berry Services to clean a batch of 800 pairs of shoes with traces of glue on the sides.

The Berry Services teams cleaned each shoe meticulously with a soft cloth and a solvent. Then, after letting the shoes air dry, they repackaged the pairs in their original packaging.

This service, which required nearly five minutes per shoe, must be carried out with the utmost care; the shoe needs to be rubbed sufficiently to remove the glue, but not too hard so as not to discolour the material.
