Pumice stones in jeans

Upon receiving an order of jeans in its warehouses, a ready-to-wear brand had the unfortunate surprise of noticing that following stone wash treatment to give jeans a worn look, there remained pumice stones in the pockets of the jeans.

The brand therefore called on Berry Services to remove the remains of pumice stones and thoroughly clean the pockets of the 5,000 pairs of jeans in the order.

This service, which is very physical, as after unpacking the jeans, each pocket has to be turned inside out so as to clean the inside, required nearly 300 hours of work.
