Replacing jean buttons

Upon receipt of a batch of 2,500 dresses in its warehouses, a ready-to-wear brand found that many buttons had marks on them, making the items unsaleable. Indeed, during the manufacturing process, at the stage of fitting the jean buttons, the fitting machine, probably incorrectly adjusted, had damaged some buttons.

The brand entrusted its batch of dresses to Berry Services to alter them. The Berry Services teams removed the 7,000 defective buttons with cutting pliers and gently put the new buttons back on using a pneumatic fitting machine.

This service, which was both very physical, to remove the defective buttons, and very delicate, to place the new ones, required more than 300 hours of work, including unpacking and repackaging the items.
