A ready-to-wear brand had dresses made with a decorative screen print. Due to premature packaging and wrapping, on garments that were not completely dry, the tissue paper, which had been put in to protect the garments, stuck to the screen print. In these conditions, when the tissue paper is removed, it tears and small pieces remain stuck to the screen print, making the garment unsaleable.
The brand therefore entrusted the 3,500 dresses in question to Berry Services to bring the whole batch into compliance. The Berry Services teams started by applying a steam jet to the tissue paper and removed it delicately without damaging the screen print.
Although such a service may appear very straightforward, it requires a huge amount of care and required more than 200 hours of work to process the order.
