Sewing on a patch

For a French sportswear brand, we sewed a decorative patch on a batch of approximately 25,000 pairs of jogging bottoms.

The sewing on of this patch had been forgotten about during the production of the items in Asia.

This was a particularly delicate job because the seam had to be perfectly positioned inside a groove on the contour of the patch, which could only be performed by experienced seamstresses.
This job required more than 1,000 hours of work and took around ten seamstresses nearly three weeks.
